How long will my order take to arrive?
Each print is a time-limited edition and made to order, just for you. Production takes care and time and so your item will be mostly dispatched within 4 weeks but please allow up to 10 weeks. As soon as it’s on its way, we’ll send you tracking info so you can follow every step of its journey.
What are the dispatch policies?
For the UK, EU, and the rest of the world (ROW), items up to 42cm on the long edge (A3 size) are sent flat in an envelope.
Are these prints archival?
My fine art prints are designed to last, and are only printed on archival fine art papers using processes that maintain the details of my work. You will not be disappointed, the print is breathtaking and holds the highest details that are contained in the image.
Do I need to pay customs fees?
- For the UK, EU and US order: No customs fees
- For other countries: Fine art prints can incur customs fees depending on the country of origin and destination, for more information see here.
What is the policy on returns?
My work is made to order, so we cannot accept returns. However if your print is damaged in transit, or in the very unlikely event that it arrives with a defect, we will replace it.
What if my print gets damaged in transit?
If a print gets damaged in transit we will replace it. We will ask for some images or video of the damage so we can supply this to the shipping service to cover the insurance.
How long will this print be available for?
Until the when the checkered flag drops on Saturday night (Nov 22), these artworks won't be available again.
