All limited edition prints are processed within 2-4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email unless specified otherwise (please refer to the product description). You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Import duties and taxes are not included for limited edition prints.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and correct as once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping is free worldwide.
For customers located in Australia or New Zealand, you should receive your artwork or print within 4-11 business days.
For customers located in the Asia Pacific, North America and Western Europe, you will receive your artwork or print within 5-28 business days.
For customers located in the rest of the world, you will receive your artwork or print within 12-30 business days.
Important Information for International Customers
Please note that we do not ship to Ascension, Bovet Island, Indian Ocean Territory, French Southern Territories, Heard & Mcdonald Islands, Pitcairn, Saint Pierre & Miquelon, Tajikistan, Tristan Da Cunha, US Minor Outlying Islands (Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Atoll, Palmyra Atoll, Wake Island) and Western Sahara.
Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Werner Bronkhorst is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer unless stated otherwise. If you neglect to address customs inquiries regarding import duties and taxes relevant to your shipment, resulting in the package being returned to the sender, the customer assumes responsibility for covering the associated shipping charges to resend it.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within a month of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
