SHIPPING POLICY
FOR 'TIP OF THE ICEBERG' AUS EXCLUSIVE PRINT
'Tip Of The Iceberg' is only available for purchase by Australian addresses. Shipping is through DHL Express and is free Australia wide.
Prints will begin to ship in late April/early May. Change of address is allowed, but is limited to Australian addresses.

Shipping Rates
All orders are shipped with DHL Express. All shipping rates include customs and duties. For orders of two or more prints, shipping and duties costs will be combined. Prints will be shipped individually as they become available.

General
You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Shipping fees as well as import taxes and duties are only covered for original artworks. Import duties and taxes are not included for limited edition prints or merchandise.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and up-to-date. If you need to edit your address details after placing an order, you can do so within 2 days of purchase using the link provided in the order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter address details and you will be charged the applicable shipping rate to resend if it is returned to sender.
Shipping Delivery Estimates
For the WET collection, original artworks will start shipping from Australia in April, while prints will begin shipping in May.
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery times from our couriers are as follows:
- For customers located in Australia or New Zealand, you should receive your artwork or print within 2-3 business days from date of pickup.
- For customers located in the Asia Pacific, North America and Western Europe, you will receive your artwork or print within 4-5 business days from date of pickup.
- For customers located in the rest of the world, you will receive your artwork or print within 5-8 business days from date of pickup.
Important Information for International Customers
Please note that we do not ship to Ascension, Bovet Island, Indian Ocean Territory, French Southern Territories, Heard & Mcdonald Islands, Pitcairn, Saint Pierre & Miquelon, Tajikistan, Tristan Da Cunha, US Minor Outlying Islands (Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Atoll, Palmyra Atoll, Wake Island) and Western Sahara.
Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Werner Bronkhorst is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer unless stated otherwise. If you neglect to address customs inquiries regarding import duties and taxes relevant to your shipment, resulting in the package being returned to the sender, the customer assumes responsibility for covering the associated shipping charges to resend it. In the event that you choose to return your order, a refund will be processed, however, you will be required to pay for the initial shipment costs.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@wernerbronkhorst.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
