SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Rates

We ship international orders with DHL Express and Australian/New Zealand orders with Auspost Express (excluding original artworks, which are exclusively shipped with DHL Express). Shipping rates include customs and duties. For multiple items, shipping and duties are aggregated based on your order, however items may ship separately as they become available. Shipping fees as well as import taxes and duties are only covered by Werner Bronkhorst for original artworks.

General 

You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and up-to-date. If you need to edit your address details after placing an order, you can do so within 5 days of purchase using the link provided in the order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.

Shipping Estimates

For customers located in Australia or New Zealand, you should receive your artwork or print within 4-11 business days from date of pickup. 

For customers located in the Asia Pacific, North America and Western Europe, you will receive your artwork or print within 5-28 business days from date of pickup. 

For customers located in the rest of the world, you will receive your artwork or print within 12-30 business days from date of pickup.

Important Information for International Customers

Please note that we do not ship to Ascension, Bovet Island, Indian Ocean Territory, French Southern Territories, Heard & Mcdonald Islands, Pitcairn, Saint Pierre & Miquelon, Tajikistan, Tristan Da Cunha, US Minor Outlying Islands (Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Atoll, Palmyra Atoll, Wake Island) and Western Sahara.

Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Werner Bronkhorst is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer unless stated otherwise. If you neglect to address customs inquiries regarding import duties and taxes relevant to your shipment, resulting in the package being returned to the sender, the customer assumes responsibility for covering the associated shipping charges to resend it. In the event that you choose to return your order, a refund will be processed, however, you will be required to pay for the initial shipment costs.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within a month of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@wernerbronkhorst.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
