CRACK SWEATER

Designed to complement the 'Yeehaw' artwork, this butter yellow sweater is just as butter soft. Cut from a heavyweight cotton blend, it features embroidered miniature rodeo horses drawn from the original artwork.

Inspired by the phrase “this ain’t my first rodeo,” the design brings rodeo horses and their riders, moving in rhythm across a dusty field. The repeated figures echo and translate the spirit of the painting into a wearable form.

Shipping Rates & Duties

*US customers: Duties and taxes are not included in the DHL shipping fee for US-bound orders. With current tariff changes, any applicable import fees may be billed at delivery and are for the customer's own account.

Shipping for orders outside of Australia via Australia Post Express is exclusive of duties and taxes (these may be payable on delivery).

Shipping for orders outside of Australia via DHL Express is inclusive of duties and taxes.

Please note that if you choose to ship with Australia Post Express excl. duties, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery. The shipping carrier will not release the package before payment for duties & taxes.  

A heads up - if these duties and taxes aren’t paid, your order will be returned to us, and we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus return fees and any additional shipping and customs charges.

General 

You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and up-to-date. If you need to edit your address details after placing an order, you can do so using the link provided in the order confirmation email or by reaching out to us at orders@wernerbronkhorst.com with your name and order number. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.

Shipping Estimates

For customers located in Australia or New Zealand, you should receive your sweater/s within 4-11 business days from date of pickup. 

For customers located in the Asia Pacific, North America and Western Europe, you will receive your artwork or print within 5-28 business days from date of pickup. 

For customers located in the rest of the world, you will receive your artwork or print within 12-30 business days from date of pickup.

Important Information for International Customers

Please note that we do not ship to Ascension, Bovet Island, Indian Ocean Territory, French Southern Territories, Heard & Mcdonald Islands, Pitcairn, Saint Pierre & Miquelon, Tajikistan, Tristan Da Cunha, US Minor Outlying Islands (Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Atoll, Palmyra Atoll, Wake Island) and Western Sahara.

Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Werner Bronkhorst is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer, unless stated otherwise. If you neglect to address customs inquiries regarding import duties and taxes relevant to your shipment, resulting in the package being returned to the sender, the customer assumes responsibility for covering the associated shipping charges to resend it. In the event that you choose to return your order, a refund will be processed, however, you will be required to pay for the initial shipment costs.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within a month of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@wernerbronkhorst.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS POLICY

REFUNDS & RETURNS:

All unworn, unused merchandise accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, however, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Import taxes, customs duties, and VAT are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned to us in original condition.

Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item(s). Once our team has approved the returned stock, your refund will be credited directly back to the original form of payment used. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from when your return is received, most likely sooner.

If the return is a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will bear responsibility for the return shipping costs.

Werner Bronkhorst reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Werner Bronkhorst.

Please also note that Werner Bronkhorst intentionally manufacturers small quantities of merchandise to limit overproduction. It is not guaranteed that you will be able to repurchase an item after you have returned your original order as it may be sold out.

To initiate a return, please contact orders@wernerbronkhorst.com with RETURN #ORDERNUMBER as the subject line. Please include photos of the item (if damaged) to help us process your return quickly.

EXCHANGES:

We endeavour to accommodate exchanges where possible. However, please note that Werner Bronkhorst intentionally manufactures limited quantities to reduce overproduction. As a result, we cannot guarantee that an exchange for a different size will be available, as your preferred size may be sold out.
